This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared to inform you before completing your order, in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

2. Essential Qualities of the Service

The name, date, scope (included and excluded services), duration and number of participants of the tour/service you are purchasing are specified in the order summary and on the product/tour detail page. You are advised to review this information before placing your order.

3. Price and Payment

The total price of the service, including all taxes, is shown in the order summary. Payments are collected by credit/debit card through a secure payment infrastructure. Your card details are not stored by the Seller.

4. Performance and Delivery

The service is performed at the date, time and meeting point specified in the order summary. Your booking confirmation and the necessary information are sent to you by e-mail.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, there is no right of withdrawal for services concerning accommodation, transport, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and leisure or entertainment that must be provided on a specific date or period. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for tours and services with a specific date; cancellations are subject to the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Cancellation and Refund Conditions

Your cancellation and refund requests are assessed according to the periods and rates set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on our website.

7. Complaints and Objections

You may submit your requests and complaints through the contact channels above. In the event of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at your place of residence, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

8. Approval

Before confirming your order, you are deemed to have read and accepted this Preliminary Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement.
