This website is operated by Street Home Turizm ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the "Company", "we"). By using our website and/or making a tour booking with us, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Parties and Definitions

The "Company" refers to Street Home Turizm ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., located at Şekerhane Mah. Ali İmam Sok. No:27/B Alanya/Antalya, Turkey. "Guest" or "Traveller" refers to the person benefiting from the tour or services.

2. Booking and Confirmation

Bookings may be made via our website, e-mail or telephone. A booking becomes valid only once it is confirmed by us and the payment conditions are met. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during booking is accurate and complete.

3. Prices and Payment

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the prices shown on our website are per person and in the relevant currency. Services included in and excluded from the price are specified in the tour description. Payments are collected through a secure payment infrastructure; your card details are not stored by us.

4. Cancellation and Refund

Booking cancellations and refunds are subject to the conditions set out in our separately published Cancellation & Refund Policy. By making a booking, you declare that you have read and accepted that policy.

5. Traveller Obligations

  • Be present at the tour departure point and time.
  • Carry a valid ID/passport and any required travel documents.
  • Comply with the safety instructions of the guide and tour team.
  • Notify us in advance of any health conditions that may affect tour participation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Company undertakes to perform its services with due care and responsibility. However, it cannot be held liable for damages arising from the traveller's own fault, the acts of third parties or force majeure. The security of travellers' personal belongings is the traveller's own responsibility.

7. Force Majeure

In cases of natural disaster, adverse weather, epidemic disease, strikes, decisions of official authorities and similar unforeseeable circumstances, tours may be postponed, re-routed or cancelled. In such cases, our Cancellation & Refund Policy applies.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos and content on the website belong to the Company and may not be used without permission.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Alanya and the Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.
