Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is concluded electronically between the parties identified below, in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

BUYER (CONSUMER): The person whose name, surname, address and contact details are provided during the booking.

ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the tour/service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website, the qualities and sale price of which are specified below and in the order summary.

ARTICLE 3 — INFORMATION ON THE SERVICE

The type, date, scope (included/excluded services), number of participants and total price of the service are stated in the order summary presented to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation and in the confirmation e-mail sent. All taxes are included in the price.

ARTICLE 4 — GENERAL PROVISIONS

  • The Buyer accepts that they have read, understood and electronically approved all preliminary information regarding the service.
  • The Seller is obliged to perform the service in accordance with the qualities specified in the agreement.
  • Payment is collected through a secure payment infrastructure; card details are not stored by the Seller.
  • The Buyer must be present at the specified meeting point on the date and time the service is to be performed.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services concerning accommodation, transport of goods, car rental, supply of food and beverages, and leisure or entertainment that must be provided on a specific date or period. Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for tours and services with a specific date. For such services, cancellation and refund procedures are carried out in accordance with the Seller's Cancellation & Refund Policy.

ARTICLE 6 — CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the conditions set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy published on the website. Approved refunds are made within a reasonable time depending on the payment method.

ARTICLE 7 — FORCE MAJEURE

In cases of force majeure such as natural disaster, adverse weather, epidemic disease and decisions of official authorities, the service may be postponed or cancelled; in such cases the Buyer is offered an alternative date or a refund.

ARTICLE 8 — RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.

ARTICLE 9 — ENTRY INTO FORCE

Upon the Buyer's electronic confirmation of the order, all terms of this Agreement are deemed accepted and the Agreement enters into force.
