Cancellation Conditions

When you wish to cancel your booking, the following policy applies based on the time remaining until the tour start date:

How to Cancel

Cancellations are accepted only in writing (via e-mail or the contact form). To process your cancellation request, you must provide your booking code and personal details.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method. For credit card refunds, your bank's processing time should be factored in additionally.

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disaster, official travel ban, epidemic disease or similar force majeure circumstances, all payments are refunded or transferred free of charge to an alternative tour date to be agreed upon.

Cancellation by Our Company

In the event that our company cancels a tour at its own discretion, the full amount paid is refunded. Customers may also receive an alternative tour offer of equivalent value.
